However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Vidika Creatives Private Limited are for the delivery of professional services. These services require planning, resources, and time, and therefore are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a client has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical or billing error.

Project Not Started: If the project has not yet started and a written request for cancellation is submitted within 5 days of payment.

Failure to Deliver: If Vidika Creatives fails to deliver any work or service as per the agreed scope and timeline without valid justification, and attempts to resolve the matter have failed.
Note: Any refund request must be formally submitted in writing and is subject to review and approval.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the client chooses to terminate the project after work has begun.

For delays caused by the client’s lack of communication, content, or approvals.

For services where full scope has already been delivered (including partial deliveries with signed-off milestones).

For third-party service fees (domain, hosting, software, plugins, etc.).

For digital marketing and SEO services, as these involve ongoing strategic efforts and results may vary.
4. Custom Deliverables
Due to the customized nature of our services, including website design, web/app development, and branding, no refunds are offered once a deliverable (like a design mockup, development code, or marketing strategy) has been shared or approved.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Any applicable bank or processing fees will be deducted.
